Our charge is $230 up per page (250 English words or 600 Japanese characters). Rate depends on technicality and urgency of work. If you send us your document by e-mail or fax, we can give you an exact quotation. See more details on the "Charges" page.
Never. The fee on the quotation will be the actual amount you need to pay. So you will know exactly how much from the very beginning.
Our Senior Translation Consultant has over 8 years of business translation experience in Japan and Hong Kong. Every project is handled by himself. He possesses the economics degree and has completed a 12-month course on financial translation. He is a native Japanese as well as a bilingual, having been educated in Japan and U.S.A..

All English proofreading will be done by a native English proofreader who has over 15 years of technical English language experience.
We make use of powerful research tools to familiarize ourselves with any words we encounter. However, we do have limitations. As for any terms we are not 100% familiar with, we will produce a list stating original words and translated words for you to check.
We say "No" to job offers which are beyond our abilities in one way or another. We will be modest for your benefit. If we say "Yes", it means "Yes."
