Runtime error 380 and data type error #13

Abstract If you are using Traditional Chinese Windows 95/98, it is suggested that the system date format should be changed to US date format, that is MM/DD/YYYY, instead of the British format DD/MM/YYYY. Otherwise, when you open a new company, you may experience "Runtime error 380 - Invalid property value" or "Invalid data type - Error #13"

TIPS Changing date format to US style
Step 1 From [Start]-[Settings]-[Control Panel], select "Nationality"
Step 2 Set the configuration as follows, make sure the date format is "MM/DD/YYYY". For other settings, it is advisable to make them the same as shown below as far as possible.

Step 3 You may need to restart your Windows if you still cannot open a new company or if you are prompted to do so.
